Coating signs and anti-corrosion supporting system for high-rise chimney

Surface treatment: rust removal treatment with sandblasting method to remove rust, oxide scale and other impurities. The surface treatment quality should reach Sa2.5, and the surface roughness should be 35-75um. Remove the gray oil from the non-metallic surface.

Steel Chimney:

Primer: long durability inorganic zinc-rich primer

Topcoat: heat resistant topcoat (red or white)

Non-metallic Chimney:

Primer: Acrylic marking primer

Topcoat: Acrylic marking topcoat ( red or white )
