Vinyl tie coat is a single component, composed of vinyl resin, solvents, and additives. It has good shielding properties, very low water permeability, and has good adhesion to non-ferrous metals. It also has an excellent adhesion between primer and topcoat. Vinyl tie coat is mainly used for the transitional connection of the antifouling paint and anti-rust primer on the bottom of the ship.
Excellent flexibility and barrier property; extremely low water permeability
Dry quickly in low temperature and curable above -10℃
Excellent adhesion to nonferrous metals.
Excellent adhesion with primer and finish
