Marine Paint to Lebanon

Some time ago, the customer plans to purchase ship paint for the hulls of more than a dozen shrimp boats.

The material of the hull is glass fiber reinforced plastic, so it is required that the adhesion and other properties of the ship paint must comply with international standards. The customer asked us to recommend relevant and mature supporting plan to solve the problems of ship hull anticorrosion and antifouling.

According to the customer's requirements, technical engineer designed two kinds of supporting system for the above waterline and the bottom of the ship. The supporting parts above the waterline are: modified epoxy ship bottom anticorrosive primer, epoxy connecting paint, and chlorinated rubber anticorrosive topcoat. 

The adhesion of the primer and the glass fiber reinforced plastic is very good, and the adhesion between the three paints is very good. The chlorinated rubber topcoat is an anticorrosive paint specially used on fishing boats. 

The supporting system of the bottom of the ship are: modified epoxy bottom anticorrosive primer, epoxy connecting paint, self-polishing antifouling paint. The self-polishing antifouling paint does not contain heavy metals, will not affect the fish in the sea, and can effectively prevent the adhesion of sea creatures to the bottom of the ship.
