Cold Galvanized Paint to The United Kingdom

This batch of cold galvanized paint is used by United Kingdom customers on the weld joints of galvanized pipes. The one-component paint is used with thinner. Our cold galvanized paint contains up to 90% zinc powder.

The customer came to our company for visiting and after the end, the customer spoke highly of our company. The customer purchases galvanized pipes in China, and the cold galvanized paint is also constructed in China and then shipped to the United Kingdom. The customer expect that as long as the paint has good performance, it will cooperate with us for a long time.

Cold galvanized paint construction method:

• Substrate treatment: Grind the weld joint with an electric wire brush to remove welding slag, welding powder, water, oil, rust, dust and other dirt.

• The treated substrate must be painted with paint within 4 hours to avoid oxidation of the substrate.

Method: Brushing (avoid missing or uneven painting)

• Pour 3kg of thinner into a 15kg paint bucket, stir for 1 minute, then it can be used. The remaining unused paint needs to be sealed and stored, and the validity period is 6 months.

• After the primer is painted, the top coat can be painted after 20 hours at a temperature of 20℃. When the temperature is 0℃, the topcoat can be applied after 24 hours.
