Vinyl perchloride putty is made of vinyl perchloride resin, alkyd resin, pigments, extender pigments and organic solvents. It has good performance of sanding, strong adhesion, water and oil resistance. Vinyl perchloride putty is mainly used for repair of pits, gaps, such as filling and levelling of uneven surfaces on steel castings such as automobiles and machine tools.

When scraping, vinyl perchloride putty diluent can be used to adjust the construction consistency of the putty. The dried putty film can be dry or wet.
It is not recommended to repeatedly apply.
It can be applied to vinyl perchloride primer, alkyd primer or epoxy ester primer. On the putty layer it can be sprayed with various vinyl perchloride topcoats, self-drying acrylic topcoats, alkyd topcoats, etc.
