Solvent-free liquid epoxy paint is a high-solid, solvent-free epoxy anticorrosive paint that cures (hardens) at room temperature. It has the advantages of oil resistance, chemical resistance, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, easy cleaning, etc., strong adhesion to the substrate, convenient construction, and coatings of different thicknesses can be made according to the needs of users. It is mostly used as a protective coating for power plants, floor, inside wall of a large steel box, drainage equipment, petroleum pipeline and internal walls of storage tanks.

Solvent-free liquid epoxy does not contain volatile solvents, and will not leave voids due to solvent volatilization during the drying and film forming process.
It forms a dense film and effectively resists water and oxygen from corroding steel through the coating. It is suitable for coating oil tanks, storage tanks, tank trucks, pipelines, offshore oil production equipment, oil tanks, water tanks and concrete inner walls.
Solvent-free epoxy coating is a two-component reaction curing anticorrosive coating composed of low-viscosity epoxy resin, pigments, fillers, additives, etc. through high-speed dispersion and grinding, and low-viscosity modified amine as a curing agent.
The biggest difference between solvent-free epoxy coatings and solvent-based epoxy coatings is that there is no need to use volatile organic solvents as the dispersion medium in the coating manufacturing and construction application process. The low-viscosity amine curing agent and liquid epoxy resin are cross-linked. The coating film formed by the curing reaction has extraordinary characteristics.
