Epoxy primer-sealer for concrete parts is a two-component self-drying paint composed of epoxy resin, additives and solvents, and a special epoxy curing agent. It has hard paint film, high adhesion, good wear resistance and alkali resistance, and is widely used for sealing concrete surfaces and sealing cement components and structures.
Excellent permeability and water resistance
Excellent alkali resistance
Excellent adhesion to cement surface
Good thermal stability

Putty is mainly used for filling and leveling. The primer has an anti-alkali effect and can reduce the amount of topcoat. Some people use the primer directly without putty, but the overall effect is not good. The normal process is putty (three times), sealing primer (one time) and topcoat (two times). This way the effect is the best.
The function of the sealing primer:
(1) Seal the substrate, penetrate into the internal structure of the substrate, block the capillary pores in the substrate, reduce the number of open pores in the substrate, increase the number of closed pores, inhibit the penetration of paint moisture, and make the penetration uniform. Make the substrate absorb the coating evenly.
(2) The sealing primer can prevent moisture, effectively isolate the alkali from the coating layer, and prevent the alkali from destroying the coating.
(3) Reinforce the loose and weak substrate and strengthen it.
